In God (and Budda) we trust all other pay cash, or credit card on or before delivery.

Paypal Invoices and direct payments will result in a delay in delivery until paymnent is received.

A surcharege applies to the use of credit cards and Paypal

Visa and Master card plus 1.5%

American Express plus 3%

Paypal Invoice plus 2.5%

There is no charge for eftpos or elctronic funds transfer from your account to ours.

We require a 20% deposit of the estimated cost in order to commence your project. We cannot commence your project until this deposit is paid.

For small projects under $1000 we will prepare an invoice before delivery of your final drawings

We are a small business and would appreciate payment as soon as possible. In order to keep our costs down we do not operate in overdraft - we depend entirely upon payment being received from our clients - any delays in payment seriously effect the operations of our business and consequently the costs of our services to our clients.

We guarantee our work is of a standard suitable for submission to council— and will happily correct any errors we make.

Unfortunately we cannot warrant any additional requirements from council after the original submission, nor changes required by the clients after preparation (we do supply drafts to clients before final preparations - we will allow one set of modifications to these designs at no cost to the clients)
